1.
How does ‘Logon’ work?
The login facility is for Corporate Business Users who have special facilities on the website.
However, you can use our website even as an individual, without logging in and can pay by credit card.

How can I find the products I want easily?
There is a top level index down the left hand side of the screen.
Clicking on any product type in this index will expand the section to the next level of detail.
Clicking on these more detailed descriptions will display the range of products of this type,
this time in the middle of the screen with pictures.

How can I select the size and specification of product I want?
When you have clicked on our product index on the left hand side of the screen and selected the product type you want,
the available products within the group will be displayed with pictures or descriptions.
Depending on the product, drop down boxes will appear for each of the features such as colour, size, printing etc.
Select the product you want using the drop down boxes and click on ‘select’.
This will display the price and other details you have selected.
You can then enter the quantity you want and ‘add to basket’. (see also ‘multibuy’ function).

What if I want to select several sizes of the same product (‘multibuy’ function)?
Select the product and one of the sizes you want.
When your selected product is displayed, change the drop down boxes on this screen to ‘show all’ and press ‘select’.
This will display a range of products. Tick and enter the quantity of each you require. Then press ‘add to basket’.

How does the shopping basket work?
When you’ve added products to the basket you can either change the quantity of
the items you want to order or you can delete them from the basket.
If you want to order other items, just ‘continue shopping’.
When you return to the basket it will have retained all the items you have selected for purchase.

How can I pay for my items?
The Romar Workwear site uses a standard facility which enables you to pay by credit or debit card.
This works in the normal way to collect your details.
Normal terms and conditions apply and we can onlysend your order to the address matching that on your card details.
If you are a large corporate customer you may find it more convenient to ask us about
a specific facility for you to buy on account.

What if my items are out of stock?
We hold a large proportion of our sales catalogue in stock and aim to deliver these items
within 1 – 2 days of order placement by the web system. A small proportion of the items need
to be ordered for you and in these cases we aim to ship them to you within 1 week.
If your items are out of stock and will take more that the normal shipping time,
we will let you know by email to your normal ‘Sign In’ address.

What’s an IR number?
The system gives every order you enter a sequential reference number which is used on all
stages of the process through to th ‘Order History’ facility.
This is called the IR (Internet Receipt) number.
